I work with children, youth, and adults for a range of mental health concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence, and my style is warm, collaborative, and playful. The initial stages of therapy are focused on understanding your difficulties, resiliencies, and goals. This process of understanding will allow us to develop a treatment plan that we will revisit as needed.

Parenting can be stressful, especially when caring for children with high social-emotional or medical needs. In addition to regularly including parents in children’s therapy, I also offer sessions focused exclusively on parents. We work together to understand patterns that keep you stuck, build on what is already working, and develop actionable solutions tailored to your family’s unique needs.
